The department is headed by Adv. Boaz Reuven, who possesses extensive experience in the field of the capital market and securities, and guides the firm’s clients while ensuring compliance and internal enforcement pursuant to the Securities Law of Israel. In addition, Adv. Reuven specializes in representing dual-listed companies traded in both Israel and abroad, including contact with securities authorities and stock exchanges in Israel and abroad.
